General Questions

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?

Great news! We have a feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests. Just log onto our website and click the "Resident's" tab and then click the "Pay Rent" link. This will take you to our resident portal. There is a convenience charge for this service.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We have an amazing community of dogs and cats. If you'll be bringing a furry companion with you let our office know so we can get your pet registered with our community. Certain breed restrictions apply. Weight restriction is 50lbs.
A $300 refundable pet fee (per pet) is due upon registration, and pet rent is applied to your monthly rent installment.

How are roommates matched?

Rooms are assigned first come first serve. If you have a specific layout/floor request please include it in the "Bedroom/Floor Requested" section of the application. Please also make sure that you include any preferred roommates in the "Requested Roommate" section. If you do not have roommates, please note that you will be matched based on roommate questionnaire in your application.

If I am over 21 do I need a guarantor?

Yes. All leases are required to have a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, Greystar will accept a security deposit of one and a half installments (*some income requirements apply).

What types of leases are available?

We offer 12 month installments, and a limited amount of 5-month and 10- month installments. All our leases are individual leases. (With Individual Leases, YOU are only responsible for YOUR (or your student's) rent. You aren't liable for your roommates' rent at all! Unlike the traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay his/her rent, it does not affect you or your lease.)

What utilities are included in my monthly installment?

Your payments include trash, cable water, sewage, gas and internet. Residents are responsible for electricity.

Will you send me a bill for each installment?

We do not send any invoices, but for your convenience, you can use our online resident portal to check your balance at any time. The front page of your lease dictates exactly when each payments is due.

When is my first payment due?

The first installment of rent for Fall residents is due on July 15th.

Can I sublet my room?

We unfortunately do not allow subletting; however, we do allow lease reassignments. Please contact the leasing office to learn more about this process and how to complete it accurately.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?

You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don't forget that we fully furnish all of our apartments. If you wish to replace some of our furniture and use yours instead, you will be responsible for finding storage for our furniture and putting the items back before your lease end date

When can I move in?

Our Fall move in date is 8/19/2021. Feel free to inquire with our leasing office for immediate move in availability as well.

Can I request different roommates?

We want you to be comfortable here, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your roommate requests.

Renewal Questions

What is a "renewal?"

Are you loving it here and can't imagine leaving at the end of your lease? By signing a renewal, you get to extend your stay at your community!

If I renew, do I have to move out then move back in?

When you renew and choose to stay in your current spot, no moving is required!

Yes! All outdoor parking is free and first come first served. While we have more than enough spaces on site for all residents, we do also offer garage parking. Garages are an additional $60/month. You may pick up a garage at any time provided we have some available, and must keep the garage through the remainder of your lease term.

I just moved in, is it too early to renew?

Renewing now will provide the most benefit to you. By signing early, you will secure your space for next year and take advantage of the best pricing available.

How do I renew?

We know how busy you are, so we have made the process as quick and easy as possible. Renewing is a easy as "1,2,3!" Just following these steps:
1. Open your renewal email from us.
2. Review the terms, and click "Accept"
3. Follow the prompts to sign the new lease agreement.
